Exclusive Partnership Announced

Selectronix have announced an exclusive agreement with Bogen Electronic Gmbh to supply magnetic heads and complete magnetic sensor systems within the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Located in Berlin, Bogen Electronic is a leading and independent manufacturer of technologically advanced magnetic products for parking systems; signal technology; ticketing systems; forecourt services; film processing; leisure services; measuring systems; machine tool and robotics.
The Selectronix/Bogen collaboration is focussed on improving the customer’s market position by providing the best product functionality at a minimum solution cost. By offering a range of head materials including ferrite, hard permalloy, high saturation alloys and sendust, Bogen are able to satisfy a wide variety of customer requirements from low cost to specialist solutions.
As measurement technology for linear and rotary motion in hostile environments becomes ever more complex and demanding, magnetic scales are increasingly seen as the ideal solution. They can be supplied as coded magnetic tape or multi-pole rings using the finest feasible pole pitch down to 0.1mm, a dimension which is limited only by the sensitivity and spatial resolution of the mating sensor. Fully integrated measuring systems including sensors and electronics are also available.
Patented manufacturing techniques facilitate complex pole patterns with multi-tracks and custom pole shapes whilst low tooling costs allow a quick and cost-effective reaction to customers’ requirements.
