Selectronix acquire Onboard Electronics Ltd

Selectronix announced today the acquisition of Basingstoke-based Onboard Electronics Ltd.
A specialist component distributor, highly regarded within its market sector, Onboard was established almost 20 years ago and has a profitable track record.
The acquisition immediately broadens the already comprehensive distribution business of Selectronix. MD Graham Redding commented, "It's a very positive move. The two companies are an excellent fit in terms of customer base and product range - we anticipate good cross-pollenation of business"
Onboard's business partners include Omron, Phoenix Contact, Hammond, Eddystone, Binder and Kingbright.
